Just because my nieces are here- it doesn't mean my work goes unfinished. The kitchen got cleaned, the salsa made (with plenty of heat), and we were ready for the broomball and game party we hosted that night. Just so you know, Koryn not only did fine being "po-poed" around, she even fell asleep and took a good nap right where she was.

It's easy Ape- they call it a Lapah, but really it is just a piece of large piece of fabric, and can serve many functions. I'm sure we could get ya one-
Josh's sister has "backed" all of her babies just like that. Apparently the technique has different terms depending on where you are in Africa, but it works just the same no matter where you are!
